On 11 July 2026, 388 communities on Sui lost the liquidity behind their coins. If you held one of them, this is what your address held, and what comes back to you as Runt grows.

Questions
What happened on 11 July 2026?
On 11 July 2026, 388 BlueMove DEX pools holding the liquidity of MovePump-launched coins were drained. BlueMove attributes it to a legacy overflow bug; an independent analysis on the Sui forum disputes that explanation. We take no position on who was responsible.
714,000 SUI left the pools and were converted to USDC. 390 pools were touched; 388 were emptied.
Who is responsible for this, and can it stop?
Runt is not responsible for what happened and owes nothing for it. We built this because these communities belong on Sui and we want them back. Payments come from Runt's own fees, at Runt's discretion. They can slow down, pause or stop at any time, for revenue reasons or any other internal reason, and nothing is owed to anyone. We do not promise an amount or a duration. What we do promise is to be straight about it: the counter, the rules and every payment are public, and if we ever stop, we will say so here first. This is not a settlement and not a debt. It is what we can do, done in the open.
Did BlueMove pay anyone?
In August, BlueMove sent on-chain payments to 21,608 addresses (261,079 USDSUI on 31 August), and its developer sent SUI to about 40,000 addresses between 20 July and 22 August. The criteria were never published.
We subtract what your address received so nobody is counted twice. We make no claim about what those payments were for.
What does 'what my address held' mean?
The balance of each coin in your own wallet at Sui checkpoint 297,436,311, the last one before the first attacker transaction (20:46 UTC), about 1h27 before the main drain.
It is reconstructed from the public chain. Anyone can recompute it.
Why is my number lower than what I saw on screen?
The price on screen assumed the pool could pay everyone at once. It could not: a pool only held so much SUI.
Level 0 is what everyone could have taken out together. Each level pays closer to the price you saw. Level 4 is that price, with one cap: a pool never pays more than the SUI it held.
How do the levels work?
Each coin has a rate in SUI. The rate depends on how much of the community is assumed to sell together.
rate = S ÷ (T + f × F)
S is the SUI in the pool at the anchor, T the coins in the pool, F the coins outside it, and f the share assumed to sell together: 100%, 50%, 25%, 10%, 0. Levels only go up. The full math is in the method.
What makes the level go up?
20% of the fees Runt's protocol collects, gross, sent to the recovery address. Two public addresses and this rule: anyone can check. The bar at the top is that address.
If Runt earns nothing, nothing is owed.
Why do I sign a message?
It proves you control the address that held the coins. It moves nothing and authorizes no transaction. Payment goes to that same address.
Why do I burn the coins?
Burning happens when you take the money, not before. Nobody burns against a promise: you sign to claim, and the burn is the last step, with the amount already on the table.
You send the old coins to 0x0, an address nobody holds. You burn what you choose, and it unlocks that coin's share. Keep a coin and its share stays locked, waiting. Gas is yours, a fraction of a cent.
I sold after the drain and bought back. Do I count?
Only for what you kept the whole time. What counts is the lowest balance your address held from the anchor to the burn, so selling and buying back does not count.
Buying more later does not raise it either: the amount is frozen when you claim, and checked again when you burn.
I hold USDC. Why is it not here?
One of the drained pools was a tiny SUI/USDC pair: 19.14 SUI and 14.18 USDC, about $14 of depth, priced correctly at a dollar.
USDC is not covered, because USDC never lost its market. You can still sell it at a dollar anywhere on Sui. This program is for coins whose only market was the pool that was drained: without it, there is no way out.
Is there a minimum?
Yes. If the most your address could ever receive is under $0.50, there is nothing to claim. These coins were airdropped to hundreds of thousands of wallets, most holding dust nobody knows about, and the gas to burn would cost more than the amount.
The minimum is measured at the highest level, the most generous reading. On the coins published so far it removes 86% of the addresses and keeps 99.5% of the money.
My coins were on an exchange, in a liquidity position or inside a contract.
The snapshot reads wallet balances only. It does not see those. They are not covered.
I moved my coins to another wallet after the drain.
The address that held them at the anchor is the one that can claim. Moving them to a new wallet is not supported yet.
Who never receives?
These addresses, published with the anchor and fixed since. Pool and escrow objects, third-party pools that hold a coin, and the burn address are excluded as well. Details in the method.
How do I get paid?
Sign to claim, burn to be paid. Signing records what your address held. Each level then credits that address, and you come back here to take it: you burn the dead coins, which unlocks the money, and then ask for it.
Two ways to take it: withdraw to your wallet, or take it in the revived coin if your community came back on Runt. Your choice, every time. Requests are processed in batches, usually within a week. If Runt earns nothing, nothing is credited and nothing is owed.
When do I get paid?
When the program reaches a level, your address is credited from fees actually received, and you ask for it here. There is no date and no schedule, only the counter.
Can I verify all of this myself?
Yes. Every number comes from public Sui endpoints. The hashes, the Merkle root and the reproduction script (extract/verify.ts) are published in the method.
Where did the coin images go?
They were hosted by the platform that drained the pools, and went down with it. We draw a glyph for each coin instead. The few images that still exist are kept here, never loaded from outside.
What is Runt?
Runt is a launchpad on Sui where communities create and trade coins. This site is its recovery program: runt.fun.
